Our customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

In order to ship your order as soon as possible, all orders are processed as soon as possible. We want you to get your order asap, therefore as soon as an order is received via the website it is final and cannot be amended.
Any unwanted orders can be returned after receiving the package. Please notice that any costs for returning an order are for the customer. If you wish to return your item, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number to receive instructions.
Delivery zones: We ship to addresses worldwide.
Delivery times: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) of purchase. Shipping time for backordered or presale items may take longer, but they will be notated in the product details of which can be found in the product description. Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. We kindly ask you to use a different address for delivery. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
We are still shipping bottle orders to the UK however, please expect shipping delays due to Covid and Brexit.
Order tracking: When we ship your order, you will receive track and trace information direct from our freight forwarder. The information available in the tracking process once it reaches your country will vary depending on the (local) carrier.
We hope you’re happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer or PayPal transfer, for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Our customers responsible for the arrival of the return shipment at our address. We therefore recommend using a service with track and trace option to track your return shipment. If returned products are not received, no refund will be given or replacement will be arranged.
